The movie everyone has been talking about is finally here! NOW SHOWING: A Star is Born Rated R Running Time 136 minutes Fri Nov 2nd through Thu Nov 8th at 7 PM Mon Nov 5th at 2 PM After several remakes, Bradley Cooper brings us an updated version on this new take on a tragic love story. He plays Jackson Maine, who discovers and falls in love with Ally, played by Lady Gaga. She has just about given up on her dream to make it as a singer until Jack coaxes her into the spotlight. Even as Ally’s career takes off, the personal side of their relationship is breaking down, as Jack fights an ongoing battle with his own internal demons. This is a must-see film. Bradley Cooper directs and gives a moving performance. Lady Gaga is amazing on screen and the connnection and talent shared between these two is something to see. I’d put this one on your Oscar radar. The original music is so good and all of the songs sound like they’ve been on the radio for years. Have you signed up for our Movie Text Club?
