The Vinton-Shellsburg FFA Chapter held an eventful evening for families looking for fun while supporting a great cause!

This event took place at the Benton County Fairgrounds and featured a Bingo Night complete with food, drinks, activities, and even a petting zoo for community members to enjoy. The purpose of the fundraiser was to raise money for members planning to attend the Washington Leadership Conference in June.

At this conference, students develop their leadership skills, learn how to communicate effectively with teams, and discover ways to give back to their communities through volunteer work and service projects. It was a fun-filled evening for families, especially the kids, who had the opportunity to win prizes while spending time with the animals.

Guests enjoyed meeting rabbits, donkeys, horses, goats, and sheep throughout the night. Overall, the event raised $195 to help support members attending the conference.

Thank you to everyone who helped make the evening possible by setting up, supplying animals, donating prizes, and showing their support!
