With a posse of workers, the annual Brandon Cowboy Breakfast brought nearly 800 people to the Brandon Community Center on Sunday. The vittles were cooked over open fires, giving it the flavor that only a cowboy would know.

The event is held each year by the generosity of the community who lend their muscle and talents to event. Each year, you can see the outstanding work ethic of the little town at this and other events held by the community.

No, Iowa's largest frying pan wasn't used in the making of the breakfast, but many took time to pose for a picture while they were there!
