The weather played a part in the game between the Vinton Girls Softball Team. It was a breezy night with rain thrown in as they played against Central DeWitt at last night's game.

In a tough night, the girls lost the first game 0-17 to DeWitt.

As the girls went into the second game, a lightning delay was called not far into the second game. The final score was a tighter loss at 6-7.
