Qualifying for the Pinnacle Customer Experience Award means that Virginia Gay Nursing & Rehab has placed in the top 15% of care providers nationwide across a 12-month average.

Jess Henkle, Director of Long-Term Services describes receiving the award(s) as an honor, stating that VGNR has amazing, compassionate, and dedicated staff in Nursing & Rehab, Housekeeping, Laundry, Maintenance, Food & Nutrition Services, Therapy and throughout the facility that make this possible.

Throughout 2022, Virginia Gay Nursing & Rehab patients, residents and their families participated in monthly telephone interviews where they answered open-ended questions and rated Virginia Gay Nursing & Rehab in multiple categories.

JB January 27, 2023, 1:51 pm This is such an honor! Nursing and Rehab has been my home for 21 yrs. Although I am leaving to better my career, I was truly blessed to meet so many wonderful residents and staff! Keep up the good work!
