Dorothy Baum was born April 24, 1918 in rural Benton County to Dewey and Ethel (Donley) Baum.  She was united in marriage to Marion G. Lutz on May 14, 1938.  They farmed north of Keystone for many years. Dorothy enjoyed tending to her flower beds, cooking, knitting, crocheting and playing music on the piano and organ.
