The Back Roads Vintage Market is back! Dysart will be hosting its sixth annual Vintage Market on Saturday, June 2nd from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Rhonda Lassen, DDC Rural Board Member and coordinator of the Market, says “Our Back Roads Vintage Market is very unique to our little town. It was started in 2013 by three business owners that had the inspiration about Dysart having a vintage market. Our little town was filled with wonderful shops on Main Street so they decided to fill it with vendors also. As of today we host over 70+ vendors filling over 130 booth spaces and our population increases by several thousand people during this event.”

In addition to all the antique, hand-made treasures on display, there will also be plenty of food and drinks – including the dessert menu, kettle corn, cupcakes, and smoothies. There will be two entertainers this year. The first is Billy Heller, an artist who woos the crowd with guitars, vocals, and harmonica. The second is the Richard Paul Band from central Iowa. They will be playing classic rock, blues, pop, and country music. For those who attended the event last year, you might even remember a performance from American Idol Maddie Poppe!
