Now that area residents have helped donate to the Riverside Tower playground project and local elementary students voted on the Ninja Zone addition, there will be one more way Vinton area citizens can help make the project a reality: Volunteer labor.

“I should have a solid set of dates for our community build planned for mid-August soon,” says VPRD Director Brad Barker. “We’ll be needing a lot of assistance from the community for the building of the playground.”

The goal is to have the project completed before the end of August.
