Et cetera : Hoover Presidential Foundation's Uncommon Student Award Application Available

Student submissions for the Hoover Presidential Foundation's Uncommon Student Award are now being accepted. This award was inspired by President Herbert Hoover's famous "Uncommon Man" speech. This year, we will honor 15 students, with four students receiving scholarships worth $11,500. Submissions are due April 1, and the award is presented this fall. Those wanting to make a submission may do so at Uncommon Student Award - Hoover Presidential Foundation.
