Apparently, I've been missing out on the author John Marrs. "The Stranger in her House" had me staying up into the wee hours of the morning until I could figure out the varied levels of deception Marrs managed to infiltrate seamlessly in this book! One of my biggest fears on aging is the possibility of losing my memory and finding myself lost in a world alone and Marrs dove deep into this fear we all have of aging: vulnerability.

Goodreads's opening synopsis reads: "A stranger has infiltrated your family…and now he's taking over." (4.05 rating) If you're up for a thriller: check this one out. I plan on keeping an eye on this author. Happy reading, friends!
