Events and Activities : Benton Community FFA To Hold Service Auction

The Benton Community FFA members are delighted to extend a warm invitation to all of our community members to join us for the upcoming FFA Service Auction and Alumni Baked Goods Auction. This annual event promises an evening filled with fellowship, delicious treats, and the opportunity to support our local FFA chapter. This event will take place on Sunday, March 3rd at 5:30 PM at the Van Horne Community Center. A variety of soup will be served at 5:30 PM with the auction to follow.

The FFA Service Auction is a unique opportunity where our dedicated FFA members generously volunteer their time by offering eight hours of service. These services can range from yard work to pet sitting to painting and picking up rocks, or catering to various needs within our community. The funds raised through this auction are instrumental in sponsoring leadership workshops and conferences for FFA members, fostering their growth and development as future leaders in agriculture and beyond.

In addition to the Service Auction, the Benton Community FFA Alumni members are thrilled to host their annual Baked Goods Auction. Baked goods are made by parents and community members. The proceeds from this auction go directly towards funding senior scholarships and enhancing the overall experiences of our FFA members.
