Health and Fitness : Caregiver Wellness Day Registration due by October 15

This free event is a day to celebrate all that you do as a family caregiver!

Heritage AAA and the Caregiver Wellness Day Planning Committee are committed to supporting family caregivers on every step of their caregiving journey. Each of these journeys is unique and each one deserves to be celebrated.

The agenda features informative speakers, delicious food, and time to connect with fellow caregivers and local resources for older adults. An optional silent auction (cash/check only) will raise funds to directly support family caregivers here in eastern Iowa, and registration will include a sign-up for massages in The Pamper Room and flu shots.

We hope that you will join us for a day in honor of you and your dedication to caregiving.
