Business : Opal & Hazel's now offering Wood Fired Mac & Cheese!

April is here and so is the unpredictable weather! But we live in Iowa, so that is expected!

Our season is in full swing now and we are excited to be back to our "normal"! 2023 is CRAZY busy for us this year with private event catering including weddings, graduations and birthday parties. Watch for us back at Millstream Brewing Co. and Fireside Winery too.We have been booked for several Town Celebrations, Farmers Markets, Pumpkin Farms and even some real cool Dog Show Events.
We have a couple events booked at Meskwaki Casino this summer when they have outdoor concerts. One is in June and the other is in July when Ragbrai 2023 comes though!
April 20 Wood Fired Mac N Cheese!
As you will notice on the schedule, April 20th we are in Vinton, but NOT for Wood Fired Pizza! We are rolling out Wood Fired Mac N Cheese on that night. This is something that we have been working on for a LONG time and we are ready for you to try it. While we will never be able to have Pizza and Mac N Cheese on the same night, we will from time to time, change it up and do an occasional "Mac-Night". Also, on that night , Blessed Duo will be having a Ladies' Night at their location just across the street from us. So, this will be a great opportunity to check them out too! We have been working with Abby Cronk of "bumblee design" for a tri-fold brochure. I have attached it. She is incredibly awesome to work with and she does excellent work. You should go check out her Facebook page.
