Commerce company expands customer service and fulfillment departments.
URBANA Clickstop is preparing for an anticipated ramp-up in sales of merchandise from many of the brands within its online portfolio. Two areas, Customer Service and Fulfillment, are critical to front-line operations, and the company is committed to expanding resources to better serve its customers.
Brian Larkin joins the Customer Service team managed by Connie Barnes. Brian is a resident of Vinton and was formerly employed by office supply company Monkeytown where he served as publicist. Brian is an active supporter of the Vinton-Shellsburg Special Olympics team. He holds a BA degree in Broadcast Production from the University of Northern Iowa.
Tony Conrad is the newest member of the Fulfillment and Shipping team overseen by Brandon Willey. Tony is a resident of Evansdale and was formerly employed by the Sunnyside Country Club in Waterloo as an Assistant Superintendent where he worked for 23 years.
The third quarter is proving to be a very exciting time for Clickstop as the company continues to add staff and grow existing business.
