Business : Walton accepted to West Bend-Polestar program; to become Wilson-Hite agent

Tressa Walton, has begun training to be an agent at Wilson-Hite insurance.

It is with great excitement that Wilson-Hite Insurance announces that Tressa Walton has been accepted into the West Bend-Polestar Program. She is one of 25 in the Midwest accepted into this year’s five month program. This is the first step in the career change of becoming an agent at Wilson-Hite Insurance. Tressa will specialize in Health and Long-Term Care Insurance as well as Personal lines-focusing specifically on home, auto, and Identity Theft insurance. As all of the agents at Wilson-Hite Insurance are- Tressa will also be available for commercial lines, life, and crop/hail as well.

Tressa is actively involved in the Vinton-Shellsburg community as a mother of 2 daughters in the school district and wife of Kevin Walton who works for East Central Iowa- REC and owns Walton Stump Removal and Tree Service. She is a 4-H leader for the North Eden Willing Workers, coach of various sports her children participate in, member of St. Mary’s Church and supports many local events.
