Business : Action Academy, May 12th

Our next ACTION ACADEMY session is this THURSDAY from 7:30am-8:30am at the Vinton City Hall. Please enter the City Hall through the 3rd St. entrance (directly across the street from the Kirkwood Community College entrance). There are only a couple of sessions left! If you have been unable to attend that past couple of sessions but still want to get in on the ACTION, please attend this session. The focus of this session will be KEEPING our customers happy and engaged with another game-themed activity. Some things to think about prior to the activity: What are we currently doing to keep our customers happy? How are we working with them and appreciating them? How do we aim to treat our customers? How are we gauging customer satisfaction? What does the customer experience look like from their perspective? If you have any questions prior to the session, please let Emily at the BDG office or Melissa at the Vinton Unlimited office know.
