Miguel and Alicia Morin have opened the King of Kings bakery in the storefront where Alicia used to hold Tae Kwon Do and Latin dancing lessons.

On 4th Street, just west of the Vinton Palace, the bakery will open at 6 a.m. every morning Monday through Saturday and remain open until 6:30 p.m. on Tuedays and Thursdays, and 7 p.m. the rest of the week.

The Morins will create a variety of cakes, cookies and other baked goods.

The business also includes a cafe, on weekends (Friday and Saturday mornings) the Morins will serve a breakfast buffet from 6 to 11 a.m., with scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, omelettes, and fruit.

King of Kings is a name for Jesus found in Revelation 19:16, and Alicia says of her family's faith: "We try to praise God in all that we do."
