For the past five years, the Corridor Business Journal has sponsored a competition titled "Forty under 40," designed to recognize promising young leaders and businesspeople in the corridor area. This year the organization honors Clickstop CEO and owner Tim Guenther among the forty recipients deemed most deserving of the distinction.

A selection committee comprised of previous winners was charged with identifying men and women under age 40 who have had significant impact in their community, achieved notable accomplishments in their careers, and demonstrated leadership abilities within their interpersonal relationships. Corridor Business Journal readers wishing to nominate someone for consideration were required to complete documentation that was later reviewed by the selection committee. Forty winners emerged on a final list, to be recognized for their effort and hard work.

"It's been such an exciting ride so far. I was fortunate enough to make it through the first few years when it was mainly about survival. Now, when I look around, I see a company full of great people that can't hardly wait to see where things end up," said Guenther upon learning of earning the Forty under 40 designation.

Guenther holds the reins on the 5 year-old internet-based business expected to exceed $8 million in sales this year. The company now has 38 employees and is in the midst of constructing a new $2.5 million facility in Urbana.
