Business : Benton County Title Company: Open with Limited Access

As of Wednesday morning, March 18, 2020, Benton County Title Company is still open and taking title work orders.

The Benton County Courthouse has closed to the public as of this morning as well, but the employees are still working inside.

We are able to still get documents and files as needed, generally once a day, so we are able to certify our title work. We are still doing Day of Close searches, however, we will only be going over to the Courthouse once a day, so please send your orders as much in advance as possible. We would like to limit the number of customers inside our office if possible, so we have decided to keep our doors closed to the public as well.

We would request that if you have an invoice you're paying or just dropping off an abstract that you would slide it through our mail slot. If you have any comments for the order, please write them on the order sheet or call us to explain them.

We do have the ability to scan and email the Abstracts to attorneys, etc. if needed. Please feel free to email us an order (bctco@bctco.com) or go on our website and place an order there (www.bctco.com). We are hoping to be able to continue serving you through this uncertain time.
