Serving Buffet from 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM, 
Monday through Friday.
 
A choice of salads is available on the buffet.
 
Everyone is WELCOME! Suggested contribution for individuals 
60 years old or older, and their spouse (regardless of age) 
is $2.75 for the meal. Individuals who are not yet 60 are 
WELCOME but need to pay $3.75 for their meal. 
 
Carryout meals are available. We deliver meals to Vinton, 
Newhall, Urbana, and Garrison/Mt Auburn. The suggested 
contribution is $3.00/meal if you are 60 or older. 
We also have nutritious frozen meals and liquid supplements.
 
Delivery is throughout BentonCounty. Please call 
319-472-4761 for more information about services or to 
reserve a table for groups of 3 or more.
 
Attn: When planning for the monthly birthday meals, you are 
strongly encouraged to reserve your seats for the birthday 
tables. All seats must be reserved by 10 AMon the day of the
birthday dinner.
 
FREE SOFT SERVE ICE CREAM AVAILABLE DAILY FOR EVERYONE WHO 
EATS A MEAL AT THE SITE DURING MEAL SERVICE TIMES.
 
The meal on Sunday, April 24th will be Baked Glazed Ham, 
Baked Potato Half, Peas, Pineapple, Frosted Banana Cake, 
WW Bread, Milk.
 
On Monday, March 14, there were 5 tables of Pepper Cards 
played. Evelyn Greenwood won 1st place with 276 points. 
Don Burmeister won 2nd place with 264 points. Merle Roths 
won 3rd place with 262 points. Refreshments were provided 
by the card club and beverages were provided by HACAP.
 
On Tuesday, March 15th, the afternoon activity was 10-Cent 
Bingo. The games were handpicked by Marge Goodell and the 
volunteer caller was Evelyn Greenwood. Game one was the 
Letter “X” and was won by Ruth Wieditz. Game two was a 9-Pack
and was won by Delane Kalina. Game three was a layer cake 
with Faye Goodell winning. Game four was a hat and Marge 
Goodell won. Elsie Knaack won game five with blackout.
 
On Wednesday, March 16th, the activity of the day was 
10-Cent Bingo.
 
On Thursday, March 17th, the activity of the day was 10-Cent 
Bingo. Jeannette Blazicek handpicked the games and Vicki 
Holst was the volunteer caller. Game one was Frame the Free 
Spot and Four Cornerswith Norma Ellis and JoAnn Roster 
winning. Game two was a 9-Pack with JoAnn Roster winning. 
Game three was Stair Steps with JoAnnRoster winning. Game 
four was a Telephone Pole with Jeanette Blazicek winning. 
Faye Goodell and Evelyn Greenwood won game five with blackout.
 
Friday, March 18th, there were 5 tables of 500 played. 
Marlys Finzen won 1st place with 3,630 points. Bernadine 
Barr won 2nd place with 3,350 points. Third place went to 
Frances Kelly with 3,170 points. Marge Smith brought cookies
to share for her husband, Milt’s, 91st birthday. Other 
refreshments were provided by the card club. HACAP provided 
the beverages.
 
On Monday, March 21st, there were 5 tables of pepper cards 
played. Don Selken won 1st place with 323 points. Leroy 
Weiser won 2nd place with 305 points. Budd Barr won 3rd 
place with 249 points. After the games, refreshments were 
served by the card club and beverages were provided by HACAP.
 
On Tuesday, March 22nd, the activity was 10-Cent Bingo. 
Faye Goodell handpicked the games and Norma Ellis was the 
volunteer caller. Game one was a postage stamp with June 
Salernowinning. Game two was a flag with JoAnn Roster 
winning. Game three was a 9-Pack with Jeanette Blazicek 
winning. Game four was a diamond with Geraldine Healy 
winning. Elmer Stein won game five with blackout.
 
On Wednesday, March 23rd, the activity was 10-Cent Bingo. 
June Salerno handpicked the games and Wendy Pennington was 
the volunteer caller. Game one was an Outside Picture Frame 
with Elsie Knaack and Clete Friedman winning. Game two was 
the Letter “X” with Faye Goodell winning. Game three was 
Wild Number 3 Bingos with Greta Geiken winning. Game four 
was All Around the Free Space with Evelyn Greenwood winning. Greta Geiken won game five with blackout.
 
On Thursday, March 24th, the activity was 10-Cent Bingo. 
Evelyn Greenwood handpicked the games and Vicki Holst was 
the volunteer caller. Game one was a 9-Pack with Dora Vogt 
winning. Game two was a Telephone Pole with JoAnn Roster 
winning. Game three was a Layer Cake with Urban Moser 
winning. Game four was a Picnic Table with Greta Geiken 
winning. Ron Dawson and JoAnn Roster won game five with 
blackout.
 
On Friday, March 25th, there were 5 tables of 500 played. 
Marge Foster won 1st place with 3,240 points. Darlene Peters
won 2nd place with 3,220 points. Don Selken won 3rd place 
with 3,050 points. After the games, refreshments were 
provided by Card Club. Beverages were provided by HACAP.
