Stark Strength, has opened at Kettlebell Advantage which is located at 205 3rd Street in Vinton. Owner Erin Stark is a certified kettlebell bodyweight corrective exercises instructor. She has been practicing for around five and half years. She's been in business for the last year and a half doing in home personal care.
Stark can help with conditions that might need more work following physical therapy. If you've had a knee or other joint replacement Stark can help with training to reduce pain or help with pain-free movement exercises. Lending her experience Stark has been helping at the Parks and Rec Department with special programs at the skate center including the women's fitness empowerment series.
She conducts mobility classes along with other activities for anyone wanting to take steps to improve their fitness. She conducts two 45 minute classes in the evening at 5:15 and 6:15 p.m. She also helps with one on one personal training small group/partner training which run throughout the day until 4:45 p.m.
Erin is available from 8:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m.
