A ServSafe Training class will be available on July 18 from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. in Vinton.

Pre-registration is required and needed by June 27th.

If you are a food service manager or an employee, this is the class for you. This training is also great for those who are operating food trucks!

Using current best practices in safe food handling is essential to keep your food establishment in compliance and protect the health of both customers and staff.

DL June 22, 2023, 12:57 pm This is a great class. I've been certified two different times. The information is valuable for homemakers, as well as those in food service. One of the things that you will learn is; why it's alright to eat a rare steak, but not alright to eat a medium rare hamburger.
