Serving Buffet from 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM, Monday through 

Friday. A choice of salads is available on the buffet.

Everyone is WELCOME! Suggested contribution for 

individuals 60 years old or older, and their spouse 

(regardless of age) is $2.75 for the meal. Individuals 

who are not yet 60 are WELCOME but need to pay $3.75 for 

their meal. Carryout meals are available. We deliver 

meals to Vinton, Newhall, Urbana, and Garrison/Mt Auburn. 

The suggested contribution is $3.00/meal if you are 60 or 

older. We also have nutritious frozen meals and liquid 

supplements. Delivery is throughout BentonCounty.

services or to reserve a table for groups of 3 or more.

Attn: When planning for the monthly birthday meals, you 

are strongly encouraged to reserve your seats for the 

birthday tables. All seats must be reserved by 10 AMon 

the day of the birthday dinner.

The meal on Sunday, July 3rd will be Roast Pork, Mashed 

Potatoes/Gravy, Spinach, Peaches, Custard, WW Bread, Milk.

On Monday, May 23rd, there were 5 tables of Pepper Cards 

played. Merle Roths won 1st place with 291 points. Bud 

Barr took 2nd place with 283 points. Irene Geiger won 

3rd place with 269 points. Esther Novotny brought cake to 

share. Refreshments were provided by the card club and 

beverages were provided by HACAP.

On Tuesday, May 24th, Bob Hauser provided the afternoon 

musical entertainment.

On Wednesday, May 25th, the afternoon activity was 10-Cent 

Bingo. Evelyn Greenwood handpicked the games and Linda 

Lough was the volunteer caller. Game one was a 9-Pack 

with Mae Wilhelmi winning. Game two was Wild Number 3 

Bingos with Faye Goodell winning. Game three was a 

Diamond with Faye Goodell winning. Game four was a Flag 

and Verda Haerther was the winner. Jeanette Blazicek won 

game five with blackout.

On Thursday, May 26th, the activity of the day was 10-Cent 

Bingo. Delane Kalina handpicked the games and Vicki Holst 

was the volunteer caller. Game one was a 9-Pack with June 

Salernowinning. Game two was Lucky Number 3 Bingos with 

Faye Goodell winning. Game three was a Around the Free 

Spot and 4 Corners with Ruth Wieditz winning. Game four 

was the Letter “L” with JoAnn Roster winning. Clete 

Friedman won game five with blackout.

Friday, May 27th, there were 6 tables of 500 played. 

Bernadine Barr won 1st place with 3,530 points. Don 

Selken won 2nd place with 3,390 points. Dora Vogt won 3rd 

place with 3, 240 points. Refreshments were provided by 

the card club. HACAP provided the beverages.

On Tuesday, May 31st, the activity was 10-Cent Bingo. 

June Salerno handpicked the games and Evelyn Greenwood 

was the volunteer caller. Game one was a 9-Pack with 

Delane Kalina winning. Game two was an Outside Picture 

Frame with Norma Ellis winning. Game three was 3 Bingos 

with Delane Kalina, Norma Ellis, and Elsie Knaack winning. 

Game four was Four Cornersand Around the Free Spot with 

Jeanette Blazicek winning. Norma Ellis won game five with 

blackout.

On Wednesday, June 1st, the activity was 10-Cent Bingo. 

The games were handpicked by Mae Wilhelmi. The volunteer 

caller was Wendy Pennington. Game one was 2 Hard Ways 

with Norma Ellis winning. Game two was Wild Number 3 

Bingos with Mae Wilhelmi and Greta Geiken winning. Game 

three was 9-Pack with Verda Haerther winning. Game four 

was the Letter “X” with Evelyn Greenwood winning. Norma 

Ellis won game five with blackout.

On Thursday, June 2nd, Barb Riggle and Larry Roster 

provided the afternoon musical entertainment.

On Friday, June 3rd, there were 5 tables of 500 played. 

Wilma Loutsch won 1st place with 3,480 points. Dora Vogt 

won 2nd place with 3,330 points. Merle Roths won 3rd 

place with 3,120 points. Geri Shaffer was kind enough to 

contribute cups for refreshment time. After the games, 

refreshments were provided by Card Club. Beverages were 

provided by HACAP.
