Serving Buffet from 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM, Monday through 
Friday. A choice of salads is available on the buffet.

Everyone is WELCOME! Suggested contribution for 
individuals 60 years old or older, and their spouse 
(regardless of age) is $2.75 for the meal. Individuals 
who are not yet 60 are WELCOME but need to pay $3.75 for 
their meal. Carryout meals are available. We deliver 
meals to Vinton, Newhall, Urbana, and Garrison/Mt Auburn. 
The suggested contribution is $3.00/meal if you are 60 or 
older. We also have nutritious frozen meals and liquid 
supplements. Delivery is throughout Benton County.

services or to reserve a table for groups of 3 or more.

Attn: When planning for the monthly birthday meals, you 
are strongly encouraged to reserve your seats for the 
birthday tables. All seats must be reserved by 10 AM on 
the day of the birthday dinner.

The meal on Sunday, September 4th, will be Roast Pork, 
Mashed Potatoes/Gravy, Spinach, Peaches, Custard, WW 
Bread, Milk.

On Monday, July 18th, the afternoon activity was a Pepper 
Card Party. Don Burmeister won 1st place. LeRoy Wieser 
won 2nd place. LaVonne Henkle won 3rd place. After 
cards, refreshments were served by the card club and HACAP 
provided the beverages.

On Tuesday, July 19th, the afternoon activity was 10-Cent 
Bingo. The games were handpicked by Delane Kalina. Norma 
Ellis was the volunteer caller. Game one was a 9-Pack 
with Evelyn Greenwood winning. Game two was Four Postage 
Stamps with Evelyn Greenwood and JoAnn Roster winning. 
Game three was Lucky Number Three Bingos with Delane 
Kalina winning. Game four was a Picnic Table with JoAnn 
Roster winning. Delane Kalina and JoAnn Roster won game 
five with blackout.

On Wednesday, July 20th, the afternoon activity was 
10-Cent Bingo. Mae Wilhelmi handpicked the games and 
Wendy Pennington was the volunteer caller. Game one was 
the Letter “L” with Marion Isabel winning. Game two was 
Double Bingo with Delane Kalina winning. Game three was 
Four Postage Stamps with Ruth Wieditz winning. Game four 
was a 9-Pack with Mae Wilhelmi as the winner. Evelyn 
Greenwood won game five with blackout.

On Thursday, July 21st, the afternoon activity was 10-Cent 
Bingo. The games were handpicked by Verda Haerther. 
Vicki Holst was the volunteer caller. Game one was a 
Flag and Verda Haerther was the winner. Game two was 
Frame the Free with Greta Geiken winning. Game three was 
a 9-Pack with Delane Kalina winning. Game four was the 
Letter “T” with Faye Goodell as the winner. Greta Geiken 
won game five with blackout.

Friday, July 22nd, there were games of 500 played. Leroy 
Weiser won 1st place with 4,180 points. Marlys Finzen won 
2nd place with 3,990 points. Milo Cobb and Frances Kelly 
tied for 3rd place with 3, 760 points. After the games, 
Geri Shaffer furnished sandwiches. Other refreshments 
were provided by the card club. HACAP provided the 
beverages.

On Monday, July 25th, we welcomed the Urbana Card Club as 
our guests. There were 4 tables of Pepper played. Don 
Burmeister won 1st place with 371 points. Don Selken won 
2nd place with 364 points. Frances Kelly won 3rd place 
with 282 points.

On Tuesday, July 26th, the afternoon musical entertainment 
was provided by Bob Hauser.

On Wednesday, July 27th, the afternoon activity was 
10-Cent Bingo. The games were handpicked by Evelyn 
Greenwood. The volunteer caller was Wendy Pennington. 
Game one was a 9-Pack with Ruth Wieditz winning. Game 
two was Wild Number Three Bingos with June Salerno and 
Greta Geiken winning. Game three was Frame the Card with 
Delane Kalina winning. Game four was a Flag with Clete 
Friedman as the winner. Ruth Wieditz won game five with 
Blackout.

On Thursday, July 28th, the afternoon activity was 10-Cent 
Bingo. The games were handpicked by Ruth Wieditz. The 
volunteer caller was Wendy Pennington. Game one was 
Around the Free Space and Four Corners with Clete 
Friedman, Verda Haerther, and Ruth Wieditz winning. Game 
two was a 9-Pack and Ruth Wieditz was the winner. Game 
three was Postage Stamps with Ruth Wieditz as the winner. 
Game four was Wild Number Three Bingos with George 
Eckhart and June Salerno winning. Ruth Wieditz won game 
five with blackout.

On Friday, July 29th, five tables of 500 were played. 
Nellie Cobb won 1st place with 4, 200 points. Merle 
Roths won 2nd place with 3,910 points. Art Corbett won 
3rd place with 3,480 points. After the games, 
refreshments were provided by Card Club. Beverages were 
provided by HACAP.
