Todd Frank, singer and songwriter, will be at the Vinton Public Library on Thursday evening, February 16. Beginning at 5:00 p.m. Frank will provide live music at the library.  

The public is invited to attend and enjoy the music.

The library is located at 510 2nd Ave., Vinton.
