Grant funds available for tree planting in communities impacted by derecho

The Iowa Legislature appropriated state infrastructure funds to the Iowa Department of Natural Resources (DNR) to be used for a community-based tree planting program for derecho recovery tree planting.The Community Forestry Grant Program provides reimbursable grants to purchase and plant trees suitable to Iowa in counties included in the 2020 Governor’s disaster proclamation.

University of Wisconsin-Platteville announces Dean's List

The University of Wisconsin-Platteville announces its Dean's List, honoring those full-time students who earned high honors in the spring 2024 semester. College of Business, Industry, Life Science and Agriculture and the College of Liberal Arts and Education require grade-point averages of 3.75 and above for Dean's List honors, while the College of Engineering, Mathematics and Science requires students to reach at least a 3.

Until I was into this book, #3, I didn't realize that I had missed the first two volumes, 'The Housemaid' and 'The Housemaid's Secret.' However, it was easy to catch up with a little guesswork, since the background was explained in quick flashbacks and references.
