Central College student Aly Garwood '15 presented on Undergraduate Scholarship Celebration Day, held May 8 at the college. The event provided more than 130 students with the opportunity to showcase their research and projects in a variety of disciplines.

Garwood participated in presentations titled "Value Formation of Environmentally Sustainable Behaviors in Central College Students" and "Give Me Liberty: Evangelicals in Pella". Garwood, of Dysart, is majoring in sociology.

Central College is a residential liberal arts college dedicated to the education of 1,500 undergraduate students. Founded in 1853, the college is affiliated with the Reformed Church in America and NCAA Division III athletics.
