The meeting of the North Eden Willing Workers 4-H group was held at St. Mary's Catholic Church on November 5th, 2017. The meeting was called to order by Caroline Lang at 5:30 p.m. Roll call was answered by 26 members. Minutes of the previous meeting were not read and approved. The treasurer's report was given.

The meeting started with Installation of officers and new members. New members include Isabel, Devan, Owen, Lucas, Allie, and Kallie. New officers include Carli Lang-president, Samantha Walton-vice president, Morgan Lang-secretary, Sydney Walton-reporter, Kate Hyland-treasurer, Rachel Rollinger & Brianna Happel-historians, Noah Kaiser-birthday officer, Anna Becker and Jonathan Kreutner-photographers, Ty Lillibridge and Aleric Weber-recreation officers. Presentations given included Ethan Rollinger on how to open a shaken soda bottle; Allie Geiger on how to make cornflake peanut butter balls. Jonathan Kreutner on how to show cattle, and Rachel Rollinger on how to make a backboard to present 4-H projects on. There was a motion made and seconded about sending gift cards to Texas as our new Community Service Project. There was also a motion made and seconded about going to Sundown as our Christmas party. Snacks and drinks were provided by Rollinger's, Geiger's and Lucas Maynard.
