Cleo Burgess celebrates 105th with Danny Burgess and Rosetta Meister.

Cleo (Culver) Burgess has lived in this area all her life. Her father E E Culver had a store in Urbana in 1900. Her grandson Danny Burgess and his wife and children threw her a birthday party on Nov 21 at the Legion Hall in Vinton. She is now 105 years old.

Until three years ago, Cleo lived at home alone and took care of herself, with frequent visits from her family. She is the oldest family member of the Brody family. Cards can be sent to 504 W 3rd Vinton, Iowa 52349.
