Et cetera : North Eden Willing Workers Minutes 5/15/22

The North Eden Willing Workers met at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Vinton. The meeting was called to order at 5:05 p.m. and roll call was taken. The secretary and treasurer's reports were read.

Olive's name was added to the list of members presenting at the April meeting. The club has a balance of $1,508.34. The birthday officer recognized May birthdays. Members voted to have an Achievement Show at the June meeting.

Members talked about ideas for decorating the club booth at the fair. We will finalize this next month. Stall/Pen requests and payment need to be Amy ASAP. Tie Out request are made through Extension. Members voted to pay for club T-shirts for new members.

Fair Entry opens on May 16 and closes on June 10. Our club has static judging on June 22, 12:30-2:30.

The meeting was adjourned at 5:31 p.m.

After the meeting, Addy, Avery, and Bridgette gave their presentations. Members then planted flowers in 5-gallon buckets to display at the Benton County Fair.
