Et cetera : What We're Reading: The House That Horror Built

Harry (Harriet) Adams is a huge horror movie fanatic. She lands a horror lover's dream job cleaning the house of one of the most famous horror directors, Javier Castillo. His huge 3 story house is full of posters and props from his movies, as well as some costumes and set pieces. Javier is a bit of a recluse due to a family tragedy and has kept to himself for several years. Harry does her best to just do her job, but strange and unexplainable things begin to happen at the horror estate. Harry swears she hears someone calling for help from the locked room on the 3rd floor. Does she jeopardize her job and mention the occurrence? 3/10 I wouldn't recommend. It just wasn't one of my favorites. I was hoping for something a little scarier.
