On Friday October 19th, 2012, we had a group of FFA members work with Farm Bureau to have the America Needs Farmers (ANF) tailgate in the bottom of the parking lot before our last home football game. We had burgers, chips, water, and a whole lot of desserts. We had many teachers, students, FFA members, and community members show up to buy their supper. We had many people helping out, and it was greatly appreciated. The weather was not in our favor for the second year in a row, but we still made the best out of it and had fun. We threw out Tshirts and footballs to our school pep assembly and after we cleaned up at our tailgate, to the people in the stands at the football game as well. We had some games going on in the parking lot that students could play and win different prizes as well. But overall we had a very good time and hope to continue to do it in the years to come!
