Et cetera : North Eden Willing Workers news

We opened the meeting revealing what our favorite thing about spring is.

Old business topics: March is the last month for the stuff animals that are being sent overseas to the soldiers. The senior service trip has been rescheduled to April and we talked about putting together a committee to work on soldier care packages.

New business topics: The volleyball tournament is March 23rd at 1:00 at the Vinton Middle School gym. Make sure to read the Monday Minutes sent in email to keep up on the 4-H activities, livestock deadlines and Junior camp (6/6-6/8). Several kids have gone to camp and really had a great time!

We continue to work on our historian note cards for Rachel and Elly. This time was your favorite thing to do in each season (Winter, Spring, Summer and Fall).

We finished the meeting with presentations. We only have a few left to do in April. Our next meeting is April 6th at 5:30pm at the Vinton Lutheran Home office. April snacks will be provided by Aragon and Weeks. See you then!
