Et cetera : Cleo Burgess celebrates 105th with family in Vinton

Cleo (Culver) Burgess has lived in this are all her life. Her father E E Culver had a store in Urbana in 1900. Her grandson Danny Burgess and his wife and children threw her a birthday party on Nov 21 at the Legion Hall in Vinton.
