Russ Hupfeld and John Schoettmer are two of the best neighbors a person could ask for. Last spring a big limb fell off the tree in my front yard and John came over, cut and cleaned it up before I got home from work. This morning, after an hour, I had 1/3 of my driveway hand-shoveled (1 1/2' drift covering the entire thing and 4' at the end where the city had plowed) when Russ comes tooling over with his massive snowblower and finished it in 20 minutes. Russ and Larry Gardemann also snowblow a path for the mailman between our homes. These are just two examples of the acts of kindness these men have performed for me over the 4 years I've lived here, and I just wanted them to know I'm so grateful for everything they do!!! I am truly blessed to have such wonderful neighbors!

BF February 2, 2011, 11:52 pm My wonderful neighbor Craig Streeter completely snowblows out our whole driveway, the sidewalk to the front door and the biggest plus of all, a double wide path to the bird feeders. Good neighbors are priceless! Thanks Craig!
