Missing Dog since Monday

  Missing since Monday 7-11-11 in Vinton, older female collie mix mostly black w/tan and cream undercoat, gray on face and missing with her is a black male scottish terrier mix (he is afraid of strangers).

We have a report of a missing cat, tortoiseshell, has a collar with name tag of Damsel. If they find her they can call the phone number on her id tag but if it is found they can email Donita at dfriendsoftheshelter@yahoo.

  The motivated team, Oak 2, that is part of AmeriCorps NCCC (National Civilian Community Corps), has been thrilled to lend a few helping hands to the US National Fish and Wildlife Service with prescribed wild land fires, invasive plant management and public outreach of environmental education since May 19.
