On October 25, 2015, Bethlehem Lutheran Church presented a gift of $102.00 to the Benton County Veterans Affairs.  The Veterans Affairs office gives general assistance to veterans from our county who need temporary help.

The relief offered may be for food vouchers, utility assistance, gasoline vouchers, or for help in paying rent.  The support offered is not meant to sustain but to offer a stop-gap for someone in need.

Accepting this gift at the church's morning worship service was Toni Parizek, the director of the Veterans Affairs office.
