Et cetera : Alice Hootman to Celebrate 100th birthday

On January 26, 2016, Alice Hootman, formerly of Vinton, will celebrate her 100th birthday!

Alice was a former employee at the County Home and the Iowa Braille & Sightsaving School,  until moving to Webster IA in 1986 with her husband, Art.
