Et cetera : FFA, NHS members wind up holiday season by removing lights

On January 2nd, 2016 the Vinton-Shellsburg FFA Chapter kicked off the new-year by taking down the holiday lights and roping around town. The FFA Chapter worked with the NHS students under the Dollars For Scholars organization taking down the decorations at different businesses in Vinton.

It was a great time getting everything down, and the students finished quickly so that they could get out of the cold weather. Everyone is so excited for next year, when they get to put the lights and roping up once again to make the town filled with the holiday spirit!
