Joseph Reilly, from Denver, Colo., is the Operations Support Team Leader in NCCC’s Class 19. He arrived in Vinton on January 3, 2013, to start his 11-month service term assisting in the operations of and supply management for the North Central Region. He may also be called upon at any time to lead a team.

 

Joseph, known to most as Joe, took on the journey of NCCC this year because he enjoyed it so much last year. Joe was a Corps Member at the Vinton campus on the team of Oak 1. He wanted to use this year to take his commitment to service a step further.

 

Joe has many skills that he brings to his position of Operations Support Team Leader. He has experience in the program through his previous year with NCCC. He also worked in the operations department of his retail job prior to the program.

 

Prior to joining NCCC the first time, Joe was working in retail. He graduated from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs in 2011 with a degree in history with a minor in philosophy. He also graduated from Cherry Creek High School in 2007. After completing the program, Joe hopes to go back to school.
