IFAA Scholarship Winner Isaac Whiley Announced

Isaac Wiley of Walker, IA was awarded the $5,000 Sinclair Tractor Ag Business Scholarship by the Iowa Foundation for Agricultural Advancement (IFAA) during the Iowa State Fair Sale of Champions on Saturday August 21, 2021.
