Today’s spotlight is Melissa Andreas who hails from Corvallis, OR.  Behind the scenes working as the Cedar Unit Support Team Leader, Melissa graduated from Walla Walla University in Washington state with a Bachelors of Arts in Biology and minors in Japanese Language and Literature in 2009.  Last year, Melissa participated in AmeriCorps NCCC as a Corps Member of Class XVI in Perry Point, MD.  Melissa came back for another year with AmeriCorps NCCC because she is interested in working for a non-profit organization as a career, and AmeriCorps seemed like a great way to see how several different non-profits were run. She also thought it would be a great way to travel to other parts of the country she has never seen.

Please keep doing the \'Who\'s Who\' reports. It\'s very enjoyable and educational to read about our temporary citizens of Vinton.

A big thank you to you and all AmeriCorps for servings.
