Kim Weiland
Today’s spotlight is Kim Weiland who hails from Neenah, WI. Working in the field as the Team Leader for Cedar 4, Kim graduated from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh with Bachelor of Science in Human Services Leadership. Kim brings with her leadership, team building, and organizational skills. Kim decided to do a year of service because she wanted to give one more year of service before starting her career.
Q: What were you doing before NCCC?
A: AmeriCorps State and National in Miami, FL. I was working for the Miami American Red Cross on their disaster preparedness and response team

A: Ben Franklin Crafts
Q: Who is your favorite actor?
A: Leonardo DiCaprio
Q: What will be your first words of advice for your team members?
A: “Take it all in”.
Q: One place in the world you really, really wish you could visit?
A: Ireland.
Q: Favorite candy bar?
A: Mounds
Q: Are there any sayings your parents repeated over and over that you can still remember clearly?
A: “Pick up that dish”.
Q: Favorite author?
A: None. I don’t really have time to read.
