Bridal Veil Falls
The Mount Auburn Youth Council returned last night from exploring and relaxing ready to work again.
The Mount Auburn Youth Council is known for the tasks that they perfom throughout the area.
After their work is done, they occassionally take a little time to relax and have some fun.
Yesterday they took a trip to Pike's Peak, Spook Cave, which I'm told wasn't as spooky as they had hoped, Bridal Veil Falls, Effigie Mounds, and on into McGregor where they stopping for lunch at Old Man River Restaurant.
After a long day away, the returned happy and ready to serve their communities again.
They have elected their new officials for the year who are:
President, Skylar Love
VP is Maggie Osmundson
Co-Secretaries are Allissa Hendryx and Taylor Lint
And three standing committees:
Park Committee Chair Mikia Stegner
Fundraising Committee Chair Leah Close
Service Project Committee Chair Lydia Close.
