I recently finished 'Reminders of Him' by Colleen Hoover and I think I need to restock my Kleenex after this one.
The story follows Kenna, who is released from prison after serving five years and returns to the town where everything went wrong. Her only goal is to rebuild her life and finally meet her daughter — but with no money, no support, and a community that hasn’t forgiven her past, every step feels impossible.
When she meets Ledger, the local bar owner, she starts to feel a glimmer of hope again. But as their connection deepens, Kenna is faced with an impossible choice: can she open her heart to love while still fighting for a place in her daughter’s life?
This book is beautifully written — a story about redemption, forgiveness, and the strength it takes to start over.
