Events and Activities : Atkins Light the Night Parade, Sunday, December 11

The Atkins Community Club (ACC) will host its Light The Night parade Sunday, December 11. The parade begins at 5:30 p.m., followed by the Christmas walk silent auction and Santa and Mrs. Claus at the library, sponsored by AIM.

Parade lineup starts at 5:15 p.m. at the north end of Main Street; the route travels south to the library.

Fireworks at the soccer field will follow the parade, sponsored by the ACC. The Women's Club will serve cookies and hot chocolate and the ACC will hold a raffle drawing.
