The Benton County 4-H will present "Snow Spectacular" at the Vinton Public Library.
Children will learn about blizzards, explore how meteorologists use tools to forecast weather, and help people prepare for severe weather.
This event begins at 2:00 p.m. and is perfect for children Kindergarten to 5th Grade and FREE!
