Events and Activities : Get Write On it, Writing Workshop Saturday April 6

A writing workshop with author J.L. Wilson will be held on Saturday, April 6, from 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. at the Vinton Public Library located at 510 2nd Ave. in Vinton.

J.L. Wilson is the pen name for Jean Wilson who grew up in Vinton, moved around the country quite a bit and then ended up back in Iowa.

She began writing for publication in 2005 and now has 30+ books published with a small press through self-publishing.

Her next book will be released later this year.
