Farmers Market Begins June 5

Vinton Parks and Recreation Farmers Market will begin on Thursday, June 5 and continue every Thursday evening through September.

Events are from 5-7:00 p.m. at Celebration Park on West 2nd St. The market is held rain or shine. In case of severe weather check the Vinton Parks and Recreation Facebook page for cancellation information.

Join the fun at our special "community celebration" every Thursday night starting in June! Special guest every week! Hot sandwiches are served at our outdoor café. If you are interested in becoming a vendor or would like more information, call the VPRD office at 319-472-4164.

The third Thursday of each month will feature various food trucks and a live performance. Merchant's Grilling will be serving hot food at every market with the exception of the third Thursday.
