Events and Activities : CALLING ALL ROCKERS

And not those that you sit in! This Saturday night, August 20, 6:00pm-10:00 pm, Eastern Iowa’s rock band, “Vent” will be performing an outdoor concert at the Riverside Park band shell. Rain date Sunday August 21st same time. Cash donations will be accepted in lieu of a ticket charge to help with renovation of the Vinton Depot. Bring your lawn chair and your dancing shoes.

Justin Rouse, Patrick Geasland, Ron Sai and Nolan Dvorak make up Vent and perform rock/metal spanning from the 70’s to current. The band will also autograph a Bass Guitar that will be auctioned to the highest bidder during the concert. The electric guitar is a 2001 fender squire precision bass with a kit bag and amp cord and a rosewood neck.
